A competent dressmaker should be able to duplicate that Trouwjurk Lange Mouw from the photo, using whatever fabric you choose. Even if you can identify the name of the designer or manufacturer, with a date and style number, that wouldn't necessarily assure that Vintage Trouwjurk you could find an actual dress. Skip that part and take the photo to someone who sews dresses.
As someone who loved the brand (and wore it as much as my limited budget would allow bruidsmeisjes jurken back in the day), I really don't think that is a Laura Ashley dress. Too much skin and the fabric's wrong. Plus, I just don't remember them ever offering strapless numbers, although I could certainly be mistaken. Their style was almost Amish in cut (albeit in very colorful fabrics). Lots of long skirts, puffed sleeves banded at the elbow, bows that tied in the back, and very conservative necklines, some square, some scalloped. But I second the person who said any good seamstress should be able to recreate it in whatever fabric you like. Good luck.

This looks like it could be a Betsey Johnson dress. Maybe they can help you? And yeah, a good dressmaker should be able to duplicate it.

Also stopped in to say that doesn't look like Laura Ashley to me. Both the fit and fabric pattern don't fit. Laura Ashley was very traditionally British to the very end.
