Imitation (to copy) is the sincerest form of flattery.
In other words, if someone seems to be acting or dressing just like you, they must admire you or your taste in clothes, for example.
As for the wedding being on your birthday, maybe it is also some form of affection or maybe she did not realize what day it was when she chose it. Try to give her the benifit of doubt, and try to see positive rather than negative aspects of these things. It probably won change her plans to know you are pissed, so for hers and yours future relationship, be a good sport and try to overlook these things.
You could, in a joking way, make some comment about whether they will be having a birthday cake too, at the reception, or something along those lines. See how she reacts. Good luck to you.
Well, I guess it not very thoughtful, but I sure there reasons why she chose that day. I married my ex-husband on my birthday and I didn even realize it when we decided on that day. We just knew his extended family would already be up the first weekend in July for a family reunion, so we planned it for that Saturday for convenience, and didn even look at the calendar until Lange Avondjurken we told everyone it would be that Saturday, then saw the date was my birthday. As for the dresses, I guess I don see why it a big deal. Although, I never had a big wedding or did all that Vloer Lengte Avondjurken stuff with bridesmaids dresses and such so I guess I really don understand the big deal about the whole thing. That just me, though.
What is your opinion of brides Lange Cocktailjurken now letting their bridesmaids choose their own dresses? My sister is considering this for her wedding.
My daughter is getting married and while browsing wedding sites I came upon a site called Maternity Bride.(no shes not pg) They sell WHITE designer maternity wedding dresses and the brides look 8 months along. What do you think about this?
Do people usually wear dresses if they are In the wedding? I don want to wear a dress but my sister is going to make me. Seeing as it is her wedding i want to make her happy but i don want to wear a dress. What should i do?
My niece is having a double wedding with her future sister-in-law. If it were me, I rather have my own separate wedding. What do you think?
My Wedding is on Halloween. How do I deal with a future Mother-In-Law that is determined to turn it into a "Socially Acceptable" July type traditional wedding? Aside from the date and decorations the ceremony will be very traditional.
