It seems the trend of wearing bridal style gowns down the red carpet is still very much alive. The world certainly did a double take at last year Oscar awards with actresses including Jennifer Aniston, Jada Pinkett Smith and Penleope Cruz all looking remarkably bridal as they walked the red carpet. Cruz shone the brightest, wearing a white strapless A-line vintage Balmain gown (below right) that bruidsmeisjes jurken was one of the most talked about looks of the evening.
